One month into my brokerage change and I couldn’t be
happier! Things are moving and shaking! I’m being given decent leads! I’m being
shown new tips and tricks that NO ONE else has taken the time to show me!
I’ve been able to learn how to make custom landing pages and
start email and SMS campaigns that are fully customizable AND ACTUALLY WORK!! I
don’t know why I didn’t make this change sooner!
My Broker (and branch owner) is fantastic! He’s down to
earth, I feel like I can talk to him like a real person with real concerns (and
he has these amazing little chocolate mints! Ask him for one when you meet him)
The camaraderie between the other agents in this office is great!
There have been other brokerages that claim that they are there to help, when
actually, they are only there to poach what they can from you. That’s simply
not the case here! I’ve already been accepted into the group and given my own
little spot to call my own. My kids are welcome here, they have a blast every
time that they come.
We have monthly potlucks and holiday events, and food drives
they are giving back to the community!
We even had an Olympics Games!
If you’ve ever considered changing brokerages, or joining a
brokerage that gives you really good training, AND let’s you keep all your
money (100% commission -$395 per transaction) If you’ve ever wanted to join a
group of people who are just like you, and aren’t “clicky” then this is the
place for you!
